DELIVERY INFO

Before You Order:
To ensure smooth delivery of your order, please join as a member before making a purchase and verify that all your information is correct.
Some items may have longer stocking times, with shipments expected to be processed in order of receipt starting from late November. Your patience is appreciated.


|Payment Methods|

  1. Our online store accepts bank transfers and credit card payments. The system will automatically redirect you to the payment page during checkout.

  2. If you encounter issues with 3D Secure verification while using a credit card, please contact your issuing bank.

  3. When proceeding with bank transfer payments, do NOT close the payment page before completion. For security reasons, closing the page will cause the payment to fail.
    ※ Orders will only be finalized and items reserved once payment is completed.
    ※ Online payment is required even if you choose to pick up the items on-site.


|Shipping and Pickup|

Orders for Taiwan Addresses:

  1. Mainland Taiwan: NT$100 via Taiwan Pelican Express. Delivery is estimated to take 1-3 business days after shipment.

  2. Outlying Islands: NT$150 via Registered Parcel. Delivery is estimated to take 3-5 business days after shipment.

  3. On-Site Pickup: You may choose November 30th (Saturday) or December 1st (Sunday) to collect your items at the designated merchandise counter near the concert venue (Taipei Arena).

※ The above shipping times do not account for potential delays due to the pandemic, shipping schedules, flight delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
※ For shipped orders, items will be dispatched starting in late November, based on the order sequence. While we will do our best, delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed before the concert. If you wish to receive your items before the event, we recommend selecting on-site pickup.
※ Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout.
※ On-site pickup requires no additional shipping fees. Further details will be provided in upcoming announcements.

Orders for Overseas Addresses:
We currently do not offer international shipping services. Please choose on-site pickup as described above.

  1. Pick-Up Times: November 30th (Saturday) and December 1st (Sunday), 13:00-17:00, and one hour after the concert ends (subject to change based on actual event schedules).

  2. Reservation System: Pickup will be conducted via a time-slot reservation system, with more details provided before the concert.

  3. Verification Required: Please bring your order number and a valid ID matching your membership information for pickup verification.

  4. Check Items on Site: Please check your order on-site. If any defects are found, notify staff immediately, as no returns or exchanges will be accepted once you leave.

  5. Unclaimed Orders: Orders not collected at the venue will be automatically switched to delivery. Customer service will contact you to arrange shipping. Upon payment of shipping fees, items will be shipped within 7-14 business days. If unclaimed after 30 days, the organizer reserves the right to dispose of the items.


|Shipping Notes|

  1. Each order is limited to one delivery address; combined shipping or split deliveries are not available.

  2. Orders will be processed for shipment starting from late November.

  3. Taiwan Pelican Express cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or locations requiring collection at post offices. Please ensure all delivery and contact details are correct.

  4. Items will be thoroughly checked and packed securely before shipment. If damage occurs during delivery, please contact customer service for assistance in filing a claim with the shipping company.

  5. A shipping notification email will be sent once your order is dispatched. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an inability to contact the recipient, the items will be returned to the logistics center until further arrangements can be made.

  6. Confirm that all order details are correct before purchasing. Refusal to accept delivery will result in costs or losses being borne by the purchaser.

  7. Orders with incorrect delivery information that cannot be successfully delivered will be canceled, and refunds will be issued after deducting the round-trip shipping costs.

  8. Orders will be canceled, and items will not be reserved under the following conditions:

    • Errors in recipient details (name, address, phone) and no response to customer service attempts within 3 days.

    • Items returned to the logistics center without recipient contact for over 3 days.


|Returns and Exchanges for Online Orders|

  1. Online purchases come with a 7-day appreciation period. Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days from the day following receipt. After this period, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

  2. Each order is eligible for one return or exchange service.

  3. Exchanges are only available for incorrect or defective items confirmed by customer service.

  4. Returned items must remain in their original condition, with intact packaging (unworn clothing, unwashed, and with tags attached).

  5. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verifying the returned goods.

  6. Refund times may vary based on individual bank processing. Contact your bank or credit card company for details.

  7. Only the product cost is eligible for refund; shipping fees are non-refundable.


|Invoice Application|
Personal electronic invoices will be automatically sent to your registered email.
If you require a "Sales Return or Allowance Certificate," there is no need to return the invoice.
For triplicate invoices, please follow the instructions provided to send the required copies by registered mail to:
